Guillotines are used at many stages of production. We have several units to process our workflow efficiently.

Guillotines

Guillotines are a very important piece of equipment. Without excpetion, every job that goes through our factory, will at some stage be trimmed by a guilotine operator.

We have a total of 4 Guillotines
• 2 x Sheetfed Section
• 2 x Roll To Sheet Section

In many cases a print job may be guilotined as many as 3 or 4 times.

• Pretrim of raw oversized sheets for sheetfed press
• Trim in half if job printed 2up
• Post trim after being collated, stitched, taped, manifolded
• Final trim prior to pack and dispatch

Some jobs are far less complex and are only pre-cut from raw stock, printed then final trimmed.
