We can handle most file types, but prefer PDF's. Please follow the simple guidelines as outlined below. Contact us if you have any questions.

SIMPLE GUIDElINES

PDF's PREFERRED

All fonts embedded

Composite PDF's. Colour correct e.g. CMYK or spot colour.

No RGB Images

White or reversed (knocked out text) should not be smaller than 10pts

No 'Rich Blacks' ( These are Blacks with 100% Cyan, 100% Magenta, 100%Yellow & 100% Black)

Black to over print (SOME EXCEPTIONS APPLY to graphics, but all Black text should overprint)

Bleed if required - AT LEAST 3MM

Single page layouts preferred for imposing

There are many ways to transfer large files these days. Most of our clients that transfer large files online prefer to use Yousendit or similar FREE File transfer Software. We find these convenient and hassle free for our clients.

You can create a FREE Yousendit account by visiting: https://www.yousendit.com/
This will alow you to send files up to 50MB for free. There are also other paid subscription plans for larger file transfers. There are many options to suit your requirements and volume of file transfers.
